Do I have to share the aircraft with anyone?

No, all our charters are private, except you have chosen a shared service or seats for sale.

Can I take as many charters as I want per month or per year?

Yes, we encourage you to fly as much as you like.

Is this program only for people who fly a lot of hours?

No, we’ve made our membership fee cost effective enough that even if you only took one average flight you would still save money. However, the more you fly the more you save.

How do I pay for my charter once I book it?

Payment is due prior to the flight, you can pay by card, bank transfer or cash. We also have a membership program, which allows you to put money on account (like a credit card)

How do I book a charter?

You can book any flight from our AvanteFly Mobile App, via our website @ www.avantefly.com

How quickly can I book a jet?

Generally domestic flights are within 10 hours and International flights are 24 hours depending on your membership.

How many passengers can a private flight take?

Depending on the type of private jet or helicopter you charter, anywhere between 1 - 19 passengers.

How much luggage can I take on a trip?

You will be told how much the hold can take on your chosen booking and can upgrade if you feel more space is needed. It very much depends on the aircraft or car capacity and number of passengers involved in the charter. As a private passenger however, you will have all of the luggage capacity at your disposal.

Does AvanteFly provide Helicopter Crew changes for Oil & Gas companies?

Yes we provide offshore/onshore helicopter crew transport service to Oil & Gas locations for production and exploration activities, ad hoc missions aiming to deliver supplies and equipment, emergency flights, freight and cargo services.

Can I choose any aircraft from the mobile app or website?

Yes, you can select whichever aircraft you like and we will send you that estimated price, if that aircraft isn’t available we will send you the next comparable aircraft.

How can I cancel my membership? Are fees refundable?

You can cancel your membership within 24 hours for a full refund, as long as you haven’t yet chartered a flight. Once you’ve chartered a flight or passed the 1-day grace period, your membership fees are non- refundable.

Are there any other fees besides my membership and cost of charter?

For members there are no additional fees. For Non-members, there are fees per booking for using our platform. You’re still saving big bucks even after the fee.

What type of helicopter service do you offer for Oil & Gas operations?

How many services can I book at a time?

You can book one service at a time.

Where can helicopters Take-off and land?

Helicopter charters offer a level of flexibility unlike a private jet. Their capabilities allow access to remote areas and city centres, with the ability to land at helipads, hotels and even private properties, where space allows, making them one of the most flexible and suitable aircraft types for travel to remote, crowded or otherwise difficult to reach destinations. There are certain factors that need to be taken into consideration however, such as whether there's an over-water approach or the time of day at which you wish to land or take off. In some cases, a site study may be required to determine whether a specific location for landing or take off can be approved. Your account advisor will be able to discuss all of these aspects with you.

Are my personal data given kept confidential?

Yes. Confidentiality is paramount to the service AvanteFly provides. We will not pass any details to other parties except those relevant to the booking of the charter i.e the network operator and any airport flight administration that requests passenger information. When a member makes a seat request on the system other members can only see a request has been made -not who requested it.

How do I check the status of my booking?

You will be able to check the status by logging into your account and selecting “upcoming booking” which will show your booking details.

What is the refund policy?

Be aware - there is no refund policy no matter what the circumstances, once a charter has been booked – this is normal policy for private jet charters worldwide. The only exception is where the aircraft is not made available or is unable to meet the conditions of the charter. We recommend that you arrange travel insurance for your flights. For cancellation policy please read our Terms & Conditions. Depending on the time of cancellation, the appropriate amount will be credited on your wallet which can be seen on your account.
